Barbequed Mango Chicken:) with Raw Mango Chutney!

This is a Sanjeev Kapoor recipe and all ardent Khana Khazana watchers would have seen the mango special episode recently. Chanced upon some raw mangoes and thought would try this out. Great recipe and the raw mango chutney that was made to go along with it, made it all the more wonderful!
BARBEQUED MANGO CHICKEN
Chicken Breast - 300 gms cut into small pieces
Raw Mango - Medium size, 1
Red Chilly Flakes -1 tbsp
Coriander leaves, ground to a paste - 2 tbsps
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Clove powder - 1/2 tsp
Brown Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt.
Take the chicken breast and cut them into small pieces. Take the raw mango, peel it, cut it into pieces, and put them in the mixer to grind it into a paste. Add very little water to aid this process if necessary. Put 2 to 21/2 tbsps of this paste to the chicken. Add  red chilly flakes (or as per your taste), coriander leaves paste, garlic paste, cinnamon powder, clove powder, brown sugar and salt. Keep this marinated for 3 hours. When ready to make, put each piece, flat, onto skewers, and cook them in a pan drizzled with a little oil. When one side is done, turn them over.
 RAW MANGO CHUTNEY
Raw Mango Paste - 4 tbsps
Red Chilly Flakes - 1/2 tsp (or as per your taste)
Brown sugar - 1 tsp
Salt.

For making the raw mango chutney, heat a pan ith a little butter. Add  raw mango paste to it. Stir well. Add red chilly flakes, enough to suit your spicy/non-spicy- ness. Add brown sugar and salt. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes to make it a little thick. Take off the fire. Serve it with the barbequed mango chicken. All the ingredients in the raw mango chutney can be varied according to your individual taste. The sweetness, spicyness and the sourness:)
